Preparing a Home for Sale?

A program for real estate professionals and homeowners getting a kitchen ready to list.

Who it is for

Getting a Kitchen Ready to Show

Real estate professionals

Agents and brokers helping a client prepare a listing, who want one point of contact for the kitchen.

Homeowners preparing to sell

Sellers who want the kitchen to look its best without taking on a full remodel.

What We Can Do Before a Listing

Refacing changes the look of a kitchen while keeping the existing cabinet boxes in place, so the layout, plumbing and appliances stay where they are.

  • New cabinet doors and drawer fronts
  • Refaced face frames and exposed cabinet sides
  • Updated cabinet hardware
  • Decorative molding

Not every cabinet is suitable for refacing. We assess the existing cabinets before recommending an approach.

How It Works

Tell us about the property and when you plan to list. We’ll be straightforward about what is realistic.

Tell Us About the Property

Share the address, a few photographs of the kitchen and your listing plans.

Review Options & Budget

We discuss scope, materials and an estimated investment range.

Measure & Propose

We visit the home to measure and evaluate the cabinets, then send a detailed written proposal.

Installation

Once the proposal is approved, we coordinate materials and installation and keep you informed.

Have a listing in mind?

Tell us about the property and your timing, and we’ll talk through what is possible.
